REQUIREMENTS

Customer needs Numeric validation for CA - Custom Attributes to support the full  20-Digits size of the filed.
 
Currently the Numeric validation for CA can't exceed 9 digits even though the numeric field can be 20-Digits long.

STEPS

1. In TBS Utilities - Custom Attributes - create a new CA
   
     Value Label: MT_Test
     Max Value Length: 20
     Value Data Type: Numeric
     Value Type: Single-Valued
     CA Category: Data Network
     CA Use: Custom Attribute
   
   
2. CA Rules: Has Rules - Has its value(s) chosen from Valid Values - Not Shared.
   
     Valid Values:
        (1) Range: 0 - 999999999
        (2) Value: 12345678901234567890
        (3) Value: 99999999999999999999 « 20 x Nine

BUSINESS JUSTIFICATION

Customer needs Numeric validation to support the size of the the numeric field itself - currently 20 digits.
