Transaction History Date Filter Shows Incorrect Result

Transaction History date filter is not working based on the filter choosen.
Steps To Recreate:
1. Go to lookup > Transaction History
2. Apply filter with date: From Date: 3-21-2017 and To Date: 3-21-2017
3. In result : 3-20-2017 date record is also displayed.
