Symptoms
On : 2.5.0.2.0 version, BI - Billing
When attempting to add billable charge that has a line with bill factor (bf) char, the system raises the following error although the BF is there.
ERROR
-----------------------
Bill Factor not found .
There is nothing on the database that corresponds to the value entered.
If you need support please supply the following info to system support .
Message number 25,252.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add billable charge when the (Foreign Key) FK Reference is Bill Factor.
