On : 9.3.5.0 version, Administration/Configuration

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
External User has to enter password twice to login

The first time an external LDAP user enters his username and password, system throws an error message "Invalid User ID or password."
Once the user enters the same password again , the log in works fine.

When the error occurs the first time, following reported in Managedserver.log
