Rounding Balance Impacts To Nearest Tens

Goal
On : 7.5.0.17.0 version, Balances
The user has business requirement to round all balance impacts, these impacts are going on the bill including taxes, to the nearest tens of a dollar.
For example:
If the balance impact is $13 - round it to $10
If the balance impact is $17 - round it to $20
If the balance impact is $18.33 - round it to $20
An excerpt from pin_beid file:
"The 'rounding value' defines the number of decimal places to round the resource. A positive value rounds to the right (e.g., a rounding value of "1" yields 0.1). A negative rounding value rounds to the left."
This indicates that integer rounding is possible; however, there was error as below if loaded pin_beid file with negative value:
Is this supported in BRM via some configurations? Need clarification if this is supported.
