Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
User open E2B viewer and change the view format to Decoded View/CIOMS/MedWatch.
Then the report is printed as PDF however the printed PDF file is blank.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The printed PDF file should not blank.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a new case form.
2. Enter all required data in the case form.
3. Go to Regulatory Reports tab and schedule an E2B report.
4. Save the case.
5. Click on the DRAFT hyperlink and Web E2B Viewer will pop up.
6. Change the View Format to Decoded View/CIOMS/MedWatch.
7. Click PRINT button and save the file as PDF in local machine.
8. Open the PDF file.
9. The PDF file is blank.
