Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Planning Manager

When processing records in mrp_sales_order_updates during planning process, the following error is encountered:
 
"ORACLE error 12096 in mrlupd_update_mrp_fcst_dates
 
Cause: mrlupd_update_mrp_fcst_dates failed due to ORA-12096: error in materialized view log on "MRP"."MRP_FORECAST_DATES"
