On Unifier : Version 220.127.116.11
When attempting to access the "Tasks" log in the Unifier HOME page, a Generic System Error is generated.
"Unifier Notification They system could not process your request. Logging in again may help in some cases. Contact your System Administrator if you are still having problems".
Excerpt from the Unifier log files:
unifier:/task/log/queryresult throws an exception at /wf/action.xml:1090: ~
/wf/action.xml:1092: java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException: ORA-00904:
"PR"."COMPANYNAME": invalid identifier
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Log into a Unifier environment
- Navigate to HOME page > Select the Tasks node
- If the Sort Order is defaulted to Company Name the error will immediately be thrown
- If the Sort Order is not defaulted to Company Name then sorting on the column, navigating to another page, and navigating back to the Task log will allow the error to be thrown
