Customer Contact Add from Account Context not Auto-populating PER_ID and ACCT_ID
While trying to add the Customer Contact from the Account Context menu, there is some odd behavior in the system. Sometimes it populates the Account and Person Id on the Customer Contact page (which is should always do, because the Context menu Goto option is supposed to do that) and sometimes it does not auto populate the Account and Person Id.
