RPAS: Open Last Workbook is Not Available Upon Sign On, Why? (Doc ID 2291196.1)

 Why is the middle icon for the 'Open Latest Workbook' under the "Task or Step" section not active when you log into Oracle Retail Predictive Application Server (RPAS)?  The user saved and committed the workbook yesterday prior to logging out.
