Oracle will be ending support for Oracle Insurance Compliance Tracker (Tracker) at the end of December 2017.

Tracker integrates with 3rd party software to submit documents for acceptance. This software is called SERFF and is provided by the NAIC. In late 2016 the NAIC Plenary voted to discontinue providing the SERFF Programming Interface (SPI) and as a result is terminating their agreement with Oracle to utilize the interface. The integration will remain valid until at least December 31, 2017, but there is no agreement to continue the service beyond that date.

Oracle is not in a position to rewrite Tracker in order to integrate with the new REST API being provided by SERFF and the NAIC due to several factors. Therefore, we must discontinue support for the product on December 31, 2017. You may, of course, continue to utilize the product under the terms of your license agreement, but additional enhancements, modifications, fixes, or support through Oracle Support will no longer be available.

Furthermore, at or sometime after December 31, 2017 the NAIC submission components of Tracker will fail to operate once the SPI is removed on the receiving end.
