Rating fails on delayed usages after service update and change of plan. 

Steps to reproduce:

1-Day 1 - Create account A with service TEL number 1 (service alias list)
2-Move PVT to day 3 and change TEL number to 2 (alias list using PCM_OP_CUST_UPDATE_SERVICES)
3-Change the plan and the TEL number closing the current service and
4-Open a new TEL service re-utilizing the number 1 in service alias list (Note: The rating of delayed usage before opening the new service works fine)
5-Rate an usage with date 2 (delayed usage) using the number 1. The rating should use the closed service, but it fails.

Expectation is that the delayed usages are rated correctly using the canceled productos/service.
