Goal
When an alarm_state = 'NFY' records are created in the JOBS database table (status = 12 records), the Operator_Comment field for that record is populated with a number.
What determines the value of that number, and where is it coming from?
You've seen values of 0,1,2,4,7,10,11, and 14 being used. Every NFY record you have in the JOBS table has one of these values for operator comments.
