AVP Balance Type Mappings Not Working After 6.0.1 Upgrade (Doc ID 2292018.1)

On Oracle Communications Convergent Charging Controller (OC3C) Applications, 6.0.1 version, the Attribute-Value Pairs(AVP) Balance Type mappings/balance conversions are not working after 6.0.1 upgrade.

Consider the below scenario where OC3C is using the Diameter Charging Driver(DCD) Interface with Oracle Communications Elastic Charging Engine(ECE) Diameter Gateway for processing Diameter-based charging requests.

a) Here the subscriber has two ECE Balance Types. A Prepaid Balance Type 1000013 and a General Cash Balance Type 840.
b) The 1000013 balance in the Diameter is -98700 (exponent -2), and 840 is 24 (exponent 0).
c) It is expected to retrieve 98700 as the balance, but it is always getting as 987.
