Getting Success Response In RMS FulfillOrder Web Service But Records Are Not Created In RMS Tables (Doc ID 2292210.1)

Symptoms

Getting Success response in RMS FulfillOrder web service but records are not created in RMS tables

Created Customer Order using FulfillOrderService ( http://<server>:<port>/FulfillOrderBean/FulfillOrderService)
In Request, Customer details are not passed for Customer Pickup (delivery type as 'C' ) and got successful response without showing error.
Although there are no records in RMS base tables (ORDCUST and ORDCUST_DETAIL) after getting success response.


Steps to Reproduce:
1) Create customer order using below WSDL
  http://<server>:<port>9/StoreToStoreTransferBean/StoreToStoreTransferService
2) See the response whether it is successful or not
3) Check the records in RMS base tables ORDCUST, ORDCUST_DETAIL
  ex : select * from ORDCUST where ORDCUST_NO ='<Order Number>';
