Big Attachments Get Corrupted When Landing On Mailstore (Doc ID 2292480.1)

Symptoms

When a user sends an email with a big attachment ( ~15MB ) to both our domain and an external domain like GMAIL, the version on our server has corrupted attachments.  For example, we are unable to open the PDF file attached to the message and get an error like:

 "There was an error opening this document. The file is damaged and could not be repaired."
