Broker Policy Listing Screen Causes a Stack Trace When Required Fields Not Entered (Doc ID 2292507.1)

On : 10.2.0.20 version, Inquiry


Problem Description
The Broker Policy Listing Inquiry screen is throwing a stack trace when some fields are not entered
User receives a stack trace when leaving the SSN or Last Name blank and clicking "ok".

Expected behavior
Doing a search with only the SSN will pull back the policies, the user doesn't have to include a name in the search. Also, if the user does a name search, the results will pull back any policy with an agent that has the same last name and SSN is not required.

Steps to Recreate
1) Choose the BrokerPolicyListing from the Inquiry tab dropdown
2) There are 3 fields to search FirstName, LastName and Social Security Number.
3) Leave SSN or Last name empty and click the 'OK' button
