On : 7.5.0.18.0 version, Roaming
The user has multi rum configuration for TAP-IN out-roaming rating. This configuration creates 2 balance impacts. One with zero quantity and another one with actual quantity. The balance with zero quantity holds the calculated charges. This record is visible in both Customer Center and Siebel.
The user has raised an issue that Zero has been populated in balance impact in multi rum configuration for TAP-IN out-roaming rating.
