Symptoms
Users cannot open “Verbatim Term Assignment” in TMS Lite Browser.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Login to TMS
2. Click on “Verbatim Term Assignment”
3. Below errors occur:
- some users are getting the error message "missing in or out parameter at index ::1"
- other users receive the error message: "JBO-27122: SQL error during statement preparation"
