Usage Transaction Display Timeout

On MDM 18.104.22.168 when there is zero consumption on a meter with usage rules in place to calculate peak, the Usage Transaction is calculated but cannot be viewed from the Usage Transaction portal in MDM due to a timeout issue. When viewing the logs, it appears that MDM is attempting to capture the interval snapshot details for every single interval when calculating peak, since all of the measurements are straight lined at zero, and a single peak value does not exist.

- Get Interval Data Usage
- Get TOU Mapped Usage
