When attempting to run a P6 Web Services application, the following error occurs.

P6 Web Service Timesheet Service > ResourceHour Service > CreateResourceHours

P6 Web Service Timesheet Service > ResourceHour Service > UpdateResourceHours

Operations no longer allows for the creation or update of an assignment. Specifically creating or assigning a resource assignment/task to a timesheet.

PrmRowSet.findColumn: No Such Column: WorkDate

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create or update resource hours using P6 Web Services.
