Newly Created FAs Not Dispatching When Manually Allocating When There Are 2 SAs In CCB For The Account (Doc ID 2292964.1)

Symptoms

Newly created FAs that are manually allocated do not dispatch. For conversion purposes the PRD environment was cloned to keep all existing FAs. The existing FAs are manually allocated and dispatched to the MCP just fine. The problem is with newly created FAs after the clone.

Manually allocated a FA to a Crew, then selected Dispatch. FA never drips to Crew.
