CIS Syncs Completed Successfully But no New Transactions Are Being Processed. (Doc ID 2293175.1)

Symptoms

 It was found that data was entered in InForm for a given study however, no new transactions are processed in CIS despite several successful syncs.

 

On the InForm Application Server, there are errors pointing to memory issues.
