Enhancement Request: When CP Hours Are Set to 0 for Resources via Calendar (Entering Non-Working Days), CM Hours Are Also Set to 0 in Instantis EnterpriseTrack (Doc ID 2293265.1)

Symptoms

Heatmap is not displaying CM hours correctly when Resources have PTO/Vacation/Non-Working Days set in Resource Calendar.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
CM hours display correctly for allocated Resource regardless of PTO/Vacation/Non-Working Days set in Resource Calendar.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Logged into Instantis EnterpriseTrack as an Administrator
  2. Navigated to <Project>
  3. Navigated to Resource Listing page
  4. Clicked Create button
    1. Added Team Member "<Resource>"
    2. Entire Project at 80% Allocation
  5. Navigated to Resource Planning page
    1. Located Resource
  6. Set Date Range From Jun/01/2017 - Aug/01/2017 (Example)

    NOTE: Resource does not display any CP or CM hours

  7. Navigated to Resource Listing
    1. Select Resource
    2. Navigated to the Calendar tab
  8. Deleted all "Non-Working Days" Exceptions set for date range Jun/01/2017 - Aug/01/2017
  9. Navigated to Resource Planning page
    1. Located Resource
  10. Set Date Range From Jun/01/2017 - Aug/01/2017 (Example)

    NOTE: Resource displays CP and CM for date range
