ETL Process Fails at Step 15 Part 2 (Doc ID 2293388.1)

Symptoms

The StarETL process fails and the following error occurs in the log:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run staretl.bat (/.sh).
2. The process fails with the reported error.


Due to this issue, the ETL process does not complete successfully.
