In this example, the customer is seeing the error when starting Oracle Utilities Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CCB). This error can also occur for other Framework (FW) V4. and above based products. e.g. CCB, Oracle Enterprise Taxation and Policy Management (ETPM), Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB), Oracle Utilities Mobile Workforce Management (MWM), etc...


When starting CCB V2. / FW V4., the following error is showing up in the weblogic_current.log. The application server comes up and the environment works.
