On RMB v2. against FW v4.,

When adding or editing a Rule and filling out the Criteria section of the Add Rule UI,
the user searches for Parameter Name or Parameter Value using % wildcard, the result shows multiple records of same data.

The search result should show only unique values in the list.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to RMB
2. Navigate to Menu – Admin Menu – R – Rule

Note: User has option to either search for existing rule or click on Add hyperlink to add new rule. We have seen duplicates with search result in both flows.

3. Search with a Rule Type
4. Click on the Edit pencil for a rule that displays after searching
5. User decides to change the Parameter Name and so click on the magnifier glass icon for Parameter Name
6. User uses % (wildcard) to search for Parameter Name and clicks on blue arrow to search

Notice that duplicate/multiple entries of some records

The issue has the following business impact:
There is no issue or error when a value is selected. However the business would like to see only one unique value for each distinct Parameter Name or Parameter Value.
