Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In Instantis under "My Work", when editing a request to approve / reject it takes up to three minutes for the request to open.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The request should open within seconds.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to Instantis EnterpriseTrack.
  2. Go to My Work.
  3. Attempt to edit/approve a request and notice poor performance (up to 3 minutes to load).
