Symptoms
On Oracle Utilities Smart Grid Gateway Adapter for Silver Springs Network v2.2.0.1.0 version, when usageFilter = true in the EnvironmentsSettings of the SSN OSB adapter, ALL reads fail the parsing process with error OSB-380000 - General runtime error: Connection closed, EOF detected, PipelinePairNode1PipelinePairNode1_requeststage1request-pipeline.

Steps to Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- set the usageFilter = true in the EnvironmentsSettings of the SSN OSB adapter
- Process payload
- Get errors as above
