After SP19 Applied Javaw.exe Crashes When Runtime Service Restart Interval Reached (Doc ID 2294096.1)

After applying MDM, javaw.exe crashes often when Run Time Service restart interval reached.
Javaw.exe crashes with message "The thread tried to read from or write to a virtual address for which it does not have the appropriate access"
Faulting application path: c:\LODESTAR\LTMH\runtime\jre\bin\javaw.exe
Faulting module path: C:\Windows\syswow64\kernel32.dll

It correlates with messages "Restart interval reached" and "Thread-0: exit() finished" in Run Time Service log.
It seems Run Time Service has all work done and crashes when trying to exit properly.
