Symptoms

On version 12.2.6.1 or 12.2.6.2 , Local Application

12.2.6.x Local Application Login Fails with -ODPM-0001:null

Login via the Local Application as dm fails with popup error

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Demantra Local Application
2. Enter User Name dm, the matching password, and
Environment: http://MyHost.MyDomain.com:7013/demantra
3. Observe the noted popup error message
