PFT Migration Static Driver Table Values Not Migrated to Target Environment Even Though the Migration Shows Status Successful (Doc ID 2294220.1)

After running migration for PFT, it appears that Static driver table values are not migrated to the target environment.  Currently defined Static driver table definition in DEV environment with one source key dimension and two target key dimension.  These definitions are not migrated properly into target environment(missing coefficients), although the static driver table migration logs show that "Migration completed successfully"

Having a look into FSI_M_ALLOC_TABLE_ID_VALUES it can be seen that T1_ID form TARGET is NULL compared with the same table in SOURCE. There are no ERRORS in log files.

This issue only appears to occur for Static Table Drivers with more than 100 coefficient rows.
