BatchRating is Taking Long Time to Load APN-Map Entries. (Doc ID 2294275.1)

Batch rating is taking long time (more than 40 minute) to load APN-MAP entries.

Actual Behavior:
For around 6000 records in APN-MAP, BatchRating, it used to take 10 to 12 minute to come up.
Now for around 14000 records, batch rating starting time is exponentially increasing, taking more than 40 minute to load it.
If batch rating is up without APN-MAP mechanism, it takes less than 2 minute.

BatchRating Start process without APN-Map loading mechanism.
Start Time : 13:38:38
End time : 13:39:47     Less than two minute

BatchRating Start process with APN-Map loading mechanism.
Start Time : 10:08:39
End time : 10:50:29      Approx 42 minute.
