Not able to view cases using case actions search with once specific product name
No results are returned for cases logged with this product. No errors are reported
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.
- Case actions
- Select a Product family name from list
- Not able to find cases but the product name exists in the cases that are booked into Argus.
