General Comments Error "The system could not process your request...Contact Administrator" in a Business Process in Unifier (Doc ID 2294446.1)

Symptoms

Notification occurs when clicking on the General Comments hyperlink within a Business Process.

ERROR in PopUp

Unifier Notification
The system could not process your request.
Logging in again may help in some cases.
Contact your System Administrator if you are still having problem.

STEPS to Verify Issue

  1. Login Unifier environment
  2. Navigate to the applicable workspace and Open a Business Process record
  3. Click on the General Comments hyper
  4. Notice the error
