Consumed Forecast In MRP Does Not Match Consumed Forecast By The ASCP Plan Run (Doc ID 2294465.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, Memory Based Planner in All instances:

Users are on 12.2.4 and have applied VCP Cum Patch 12.2.4.1 - 19549533

Users are comparing old MRP/SCP output for forecast data vs ASCP plan output for same. They are seeing more forecast qty's in some cases for the following item/org combination in ASCP vs SCP

Item = Item1
Org = APS:M1

In SCP they see total forecast qty = 725. In ASCP for the same item/org they see total forecast qty = 844


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect the forecast qty's to be the same in ASCP and SCP

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run old MRP/SCP plan with demand schedule including forecast and note forecast qty's for item/org combination
2. Run data collections and ASCP plan with forecast demand schedule and note forecast qty's for item/org combination
3. See discrepancies between the two plan outputs in regards to forecast qty's
