The Emenda constitucional (EC) numero 31, de 14/12/2000 establishes that states should create a FECOEP (State Fund for Combat and Eradication of Poverty). In order to finance the Fund, this law allows that each state can set an additional % (up to 2%) to be applied to % rate of the ICMS related taxes on merchandise transactions (entries/exits, except for end consumers) and services, for specific merchandise and services.
The implementation of the EC numero 31, de 14/12/2000 has impacts in terms of NF issuance, taxes calculation (TW), information to be sent to SPED and to the financial solution, because the FECOEP %rate and value should be segregated.
RFM should include logic to cover this requirement.
