On : 10.2.0.26 version, General

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

OnSubmit warning error message displays adding a new client on the Client screen, not adding a new client on the Policy Role screen. See attachment and screen shots.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Message should appear as expected.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Case Search
2. Select the application
3. Go to the Roles Screen.
4. Add a new client.
5. select secondary addressee as the role.
6. Add information but no address, select add.
7. Role should be added even though it shouldn't be.
