Messages Stuck In The Ims-ms Queue As Result Of NFS Issue Causing Failure To Access Messages In The Queue (Doc ID 2294607.1)

Symptoms

Noticing that there are messages stuck in the ims-ms queue but imsimta qm sum -data says the ims-ms channel queue is empty. However, imsimta dir ims-ms (which defaults to -dir instead of -data) shows there are 31 messages, all ZZ* files, with "Queued since" July 24 09:21.

 

 

Changes

After copying these message files and restarting the job_controller, all the messages got delivered sucessfully.

EX. cp *.00 to *.02

./stop-msg job_controller

./start-msg job_controller
