Applies to:

Oracle Communications Convergent Charging Controller - Version 6.0.0 to 6.0.1 [Release 6.0]
Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control - Version 4.3.0 to 6.0.1 [Release 4.3 to 6.0]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

On all versions of Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (OCNCC or NCC) and Oracle Communications Convergent Charging Controller (OC3C) deployed as a convergent charging solution (ie. subscriber are not provisioned on OCNCC/OC3C), data written to the customer profile in the Incoming/Outgoing Barring Lists is not found at runtime on the Service Logic Controllers (SLCs) despite being present.

When checking with acsProfile, the following values are returned:

bash-4.2$ ./acsProfile -u scp/scp -C 11
0x00000a Outgoing BA List Data 5772
  Prefix Entries:
  '1268268' -> 0

but at runtime they are not found:

2017/07/17 03:40:01 acsChassisProfile.pcc 134 [8691] Chassis retrieveProfileFields: Request [0] - Want Profile Type 3, Tag 0x000c
2017/07/17 03:40:01 acsChassisProfile.pcc 239 [8691] Chassis retrieveProfileFields: Failed to find profile field 0, tag: 0x000c in block: 3

Attempt to use Incoming and Outgoing Barring Lists.
