Symptoms
i.
'No data to display' appears in the 'Single Patient Casebook' view page when :
- data has been entered for a patient using DCI Book 'A' (this book has *numeric* start page numbers).
- Patient is now assigned to DCI Book 'B' (this book has *character based* start page numbers).
ii.
All is well in the Multi-Patient view.
Changes
Patient's DCI Book is changed.
