Purchased_products are Searched Multiple Times During Billing (Doc ID 2294936.1)

On :  7.5.0.15.0 version, Subscription Management

Billing process is calling fm_subscription_get_purchased_offerings to read the account products at the beginning :

But this search is called seven times more later on.

Question:

What is the reason of calling this search input flist multiple times for same account?
