No Warning Pop-up When Trying To Rename A Folder With Empty Field (Doc ID 2294964.1)

Symptoms

There is no warning pop-up when trying to rename a folder with an empty field.

For example:
1. Choose a folder and right-click to open the context menu.
2. Select Rename Folder
3. In the new window that opens, clear out the text field containing the original folder name then click ok.

Observed behavior:
We see a kind of a pop-up window appearing for a fraction of a second, then the rename folder window disappears as well and the folder retains the name it had at the beginning.
What we expected was an error messaging asking the user to write a name for the folder.
