Java Runtime Environment (JRE) Fatal Error After Red Hat Kernel Update (Doc ID 2295027.1)

Symptoms

This fatal error message is generated from the Java Runtime Environment (JRE) during Gendata processing.

Changes

 The JRE error occurs after updating Red Hat servers (Release 6.9 Santiago) to 2.6.32-696.3.2 for a security patch update.
