One Day Free Units Validity In Discount Offer (Doc ID 2295602.1)

On : 11.1.0.0.0 version, User Interface


There is a need to configure a recurring charge with a series of free unit grants valid one day. While it is possible to define a 'charge offer/charge' with balance impacts with validity start offset in days, but it is not possible to define a 'discount offer' with validity start offset in days - there is a validation error saying that the unit should be "cycle".

The complete error message: Relative start offset unit should be a cycle unit when the start validity mode is Relative

Why is it not possible to achieve the same validity dates in a discount offer as in a charge offer?
