How to Partition D1_SNAPSHOT_DL_CTRL for ILM

As per MDM DBA Guide (updated January 2017), the D1T433P0 index should be partitioned by Range of SNAPSHOT_FACT_NAME_CD. However, the examples provided in the said document uses the Partition by Range for IDs, and not for user-defined codes.
