Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The 'Select Recipient' windows, which should load a list of users/email addresses, do not populate from the 'Reject Timesheet' email notification window.

You can type in the Select Recipients Search field, but the typing quickly disappears and No Results are displayed.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The 'Select Recipient' picker should load a user/resource list.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Configure P6 configuration for mail service.
  2. Restart P6 deployment.
  3. Select Dashboard, Timesheet Approval.
  4. Highlight a timesheet, select Reject.
  5. Select Reject.
  6. Select "Send rejection Email to timesheet resource".
  7. Select ... on any to, cc, bcc picker.
  8. The select recipients picker does not load (shows a scrolling circle indefinitely).

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot to use the ellipsis on the To: Cc: or Bcc: lines, when rejecting an email.
