Cannot Create/Open a Schedule Sheet When the Language Preference Is Set to French (Doc ID 2295939.1)

Symptoms

On Unifier : Version 17.7.0.0

Expected Result: The user should be able to create and/or open a Schedule Sheet without incident.

Actual Result: When trying to create the sheet the 'OK' button does not work. When trying to open an existing sheet the object loads, but data is not returned, and there is a perpetual processing wheel overlaying the window.
