In a Clustered File System environment, after switching from the Primary node to the Secondary (fail-over) node, the Purchase Order's (PO) are stuck in the PO_MFQUEUE table and the following is shown in the Oracle Retail Advanced Inventory Planning (AIP) Online log:

aiponline_ms and rib-aip-server are both Up and running.  Issue only occurs when switched to secondary node/server.  Switching back to the primary node/server, the batch runs without issue and PO flow is successful between AIP and RIB.
