Symptoms
Problem Summary
Allocator Analytics and Buyer Analytics on the Dashboard are blank.
The left side panel under 'Dashboards' has 3 options"
- Allocator Dashboard – connected to OBIEE shows the Operation Insights Dashboard
- Allocator Analytics – currently blank
- Buyer Analytics - currently blank
Allocator Dashboard works fine and it’s connected to OBIEE to show the Operation Insights Dashboard. However the other two, Allocator Analytics and Buyer Analytics, are just blank.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Login to Allocation using the ALLOCATION_ADMIN user
2. On the left pane click in Dashboards and then "Allocator Analytics" and "Buyer Analytics", both screens are blank.
